"I highly recommend Jimmy Baker as a realtor. Jimmy is very down to earth and will be very helpful to you. We were looking for a home on Lake Martin and Jimmy helped us find one. Since he lives on the lake, he is very knowledgeable about the lake and where to buy. He showed us homes both by boat and  by car. (We now own a pontoon boat because of the experience of seeing homes from his boat.) Homes look very different from the water. It is definitely a fun experience to approach a house from the water. We used the internet a lot for helping us decide if we wanted to view a home and Jimmy provided us internet links for available homes. He was very prompt to respond and kept us informed during the entire process. He was also helpful in getting someone for financing approval when needed. He insisted on inspections in contracts and we recommend that you take his advice, especially concerning septic tanks."

Jimmy helped us find the perfect property. Our family wanted specific things in a large tract of hunting land and he found us some great options. Jimmy spent several days showing us land and took us on his golf cart so we could easily get around to see everything.
